Jay started his professional career at the age of 17 when he became an IRS Enrolled Agent. During his

course in the tax profession and spent seven years working at CohnReznick, a national advisory,
assurance, and tax firm. Prior to founding Integrus, Jay was a partner at a start-up CPA firm.
During his free time Jay likes to read non-fiction, watch documentaries, and travel.
